80%-20^% Rule is important. Can push down remaining 20% once the 80% is operational.



 A- Architecture
-Consider about what is needed for digitalizing health
-Work hand in hand with IT people with mutual respect.
-Head should be a “Clinician” who understand technology. Should not be an IT personal.
-He must be very clear on goals to achieve and the time frame



P- Policy/People/Process/Program/Project
                -Project manager should have sound qualifications on the project.
                -People rely on his/her skills, experience and knowledge
                - Most common problem is acquiring budget.
                - Leader should have the ability to talk to Financial department people in their own language.
                - Explain with numbers and figures.
                - Should be talented enough to talk to politicians in a way they understand
                - Should see vendors/private sector as friends.


S- Strategy/Skills & Experience/Standards & interoperability//Stakeholder engagement/Scalability/Sustainability/Security

                - Sustainability and the funds is the main issue
                - The next biggest issue is the Scalability
                - Third one is the security
                - Get the support of the people by using modern socializing tools. IG/Facebook/Blogs/websites
                - While Planning consider a platform which can be scaled up easily.
                - Get help from experts for security fixes.
                - Plan ahead for the funds to upscale and sustain the deployed system.
